What does the exfoliator stone do?
The exfoliator stone is made up of ingredients that help manage the PH levels in your skin, and aid in lifting and removing deadskin.
How often should I use my mitt and exfoliator stone?
We recommend giving your skin the chelle body spa treatment once a week for best results.
What is the exfoliator stone made of?
Water, calcium carbonate, paraffin, vaseline oil, olive oil, stearic acid, and rose essence.
What is the chelle body mitt made of?
Your chelle body mitt is made from 100% organic canvas fabric, and is handmade in Toronto, Canada.
Can I use the mitt without the exfoliator stone?
Your mitt and exfoliator stone are both required for the best results. The exfoliator stone helps to balance your skin’s PH balance while helping to lift deadskin and gently polish your skin for beautiful results. The mitt helps with lifting your dry skin, increasing lymphatic drainage, and physically removing the dead skin.
Will it work on sensitive skin?
Yes, the chelle body mitt and exfoliator stone are made to work on all skin types. We recommend doing a small patch test on your body for those who have sensitive skin.
How long does the Exfoliator stone last?
Your exfoliator stone will last 2 months.
What is your return policy?
The chelle body exfoliation kit is used for personal hygiene purposes and as such, we're unable to accept any returns for used items.We will accept items in their original condition for return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. For hygienic purposes, used mitts and exfoliator stones are final sale.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch your order within 2-5 business days from purchase. We're a small team and do our best to ship your order as soon as possible!
Shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
During holiday seasons and other peaks affecting our warehouse, we may require additional days to ship your order. If you haven’t received a delivery confirmation within 3 days, please contact customer support firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I edit my order?
Yes, shoot us an email at email@example.com within 12 hours of purchase to make updates to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact customer support as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order. Please ensure you reach out within 24 hours. If we’ve already shipped your order, it will be classed as a return instead and fees may apply.
How can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, it is handled as a normal return. That is, you need to return the items you want to exchange so that we can refund your money. You then need to register a new order on our website for the items you want instead.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link. Please note that this e-mail may sometimes be flagged as junk mail.

We charge standard shipping costs on all orders below $50.00.
