14 Day Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may request photos of the items that you are looking to return.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you. The cost of return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. We always recommend purchasing tracked shipping to ensure that your package is returned to us properly as the shipping return risks are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As chelle body's product line is considered to be for personal care use, we can not accept returns of used products due to hygienic reasons.
Always consult a medical professional if you have sensitive skin or skin issues that require medical treatment prior to placing an order with us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
